Leveraging his dynamic approach to sales and service, Mark transitioned into the real estate industry, where he has dedicated 21 years and continues to excel with passion and commitment.

Jennifer Tolan's Professional Journey:
Jennifer Tolan relocated to Montana at a young age, predominantly residing in Helena before moving to Missoula in 2015. Her career in the banking sector included leadership roles such as Branch Manager for Wells Fargo and various positions at Mountain West Bank. Driven by her enthusiasm for real estate, Jennifer embarked on a new path, initially collaborating with Bill McQuirk at Lambros. In 2018, she joined Mark McQuirk as his assistant and transitioned to RE/MAX alongside him. Jennifer obtained her real estate license in 2019 and has since thrived as Mark's residential buyer/seller agent.
